Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dondersteen! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, it will be shipped via the delivery method you selected at checkout.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Times & Carriers

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

We currently ship with:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $95 within the contiguous United States.

This offer excludes:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

To qualify, your order total must exceed $95 after any discount codes are applied.

Shipping Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address?
Please email info@dondersteenco.com with your order number and corrected address within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order is processed and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Billing Address

We are unable to update billing addresses after an order is placed. However, if your shipping address is correct, your order will still be processed and shipped normally.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email info@dondersteenco.com within 24 hours. Include your order number and write "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing is complete and a tracking number has been assigned.

Special Address Shipping

Mail Forwarding Services
We do ship to forwarding addresses. However, Dondersteen is not responsible for items after they have been marked as delivered. Forwarded orders are not eligible for replacements or reshipments.

P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes, though delivery times may be longer depending on your carrier.

Gifting

Gift Cards
We offer digital gift cards, which can be sent directly to the recipient’s email or your own for forwarding later.

Gift Messages
If you'd like to include a message or gift receipt, contact us at info@dondersteenco.com with your order number and message.
